JP Morgan Debuts Research iPad App

JP Morgan has unveiled an Apple iPad application, which gives clients access to the bank’s research, making it the latest financial services firm to develop an app for the popular device. FWR reported last week that Citi Private Bank launched an application called Citi Private Bank Mobile. Citi’s iPad App was designed exclusively for the private bank’s ultra high net worth clients. The JP Morgan Research iPad app provides clients with reports and analysis from more than 1,000 analysts on economic indicators, markets, companies and asset classes around the world. Unlike other research apps in its class, users will be able to access content offline and receive instant alerts when new content they pre select becomes available, the bank said. Subscribers of JP Morgan research can download the app for free via Apple’s App store.
